Moving....

We are currently in the midst of the "Great Family Move!" We are almost out of our house and tomorrow Dad and Mandi (or Mani as named by Nathan!) are moving in! Things are an absolute disaster right now but will get better. I think this move will be good for all parties but being in the middle of it sucks. Nathan is absolutely in love with living in the country and Mandi is very excited about her green and blue car room:) I Love you all very much!!! I will not be checking this very often anymore because unfortunately I will be moving over to the darkside and having dialup...duh duuh dunnnnn:( Take care every one.

Long time no see...

Hey all, Hello! I haven't posted in awhile, so here's a bunch of photos from June & July! All is well here- just busy w/ summer (swimming lessons for Noah daily, Ava's teething & growing like a weed, I've had a few jewelry parties, Josh is working a lot...) These are pics from hiking at Montana de Oro, playing with the baby, Noah having a play date with his SUPER CUTE identical twin friends Victoria & Elizabeth (he says he's going to marry Elizabeth), BBQ'ing, what else???? Hmmmm, I dunno'... Anyway, we can't wait to see you all in a month! I hope Madelynn had a GREAT first birthday!!!! Much love, Kath

Doctors Appointment, Unhappy Baby

Ahh, the dual-edged sword that is the 2 month doctor's visit. We were both so excited to see how much Violet has grown, but at the same time we were a bit nervous about the round of vaccinations she was to receive. First, the good news. Violet is weighing in at a healthy 10 lbs 13 oz, and has grown to 22 1/2". So in the last 2 months she's gained 3 lbs 12 oz, and 2 1/2"! Now, the bad news. She's been running a fever the last day and cried/screamed pretty much all last night. Side effects are a mutha. I was so worried about the actual shots she was to receive, that I completely overlooked the side effects of the shots. Apparently this is normal, but it's sooooo hard to see her unhappy and uncomfortable without being able to do anything about it.
